#WeLovePrestwood’: Sharing Ideas and Visions
During March and April 2026, PCA invited all Prestwood residents and stakeholders to complete Prestwood Community Association’s ‘#WeLovePrestwood’ survey.
Residents’ opinions were sought to guide future plans for Prestwood, and help build a stronger, more vibrant community together.
The results and comments are being collated and analysed. Meetings have been organised to allow all residents and stakeholders to learn of the results, add further observations, and discuss ways forward, as follows:

For our younger residents: ‘I Love Prestwood’ poster competition
Please help make this consultation the most inclusive ever of Prestwood residents.
Our younger residents are being invited to present their ideas in a fun way, by submitting a piece of art work, showing what they love about Prestwood. And if they can complete the survey, in physical form or online (perhaps with some help?), then that would be amazing!
You can download a blank poster by clicking the ‘Download Poster’ button. Or you can pick one up from our volunteers at one of our ‘Meet and Greets’. We are hoping also to involve local schools.
Completed artwork (and surveys) can be dropped off in a box in the Wye Residential office, on the corner of the High Street.
Prizes will be awarded for the best submission in each year group, from 1 to 5. The best overall will be displayed across the village.
Why a survey?
The consultation seeks to find out what matters most to Prestwood residents and our community.
By sharing visions and ideas, we strive to achieve:
- a strong, caring, happy and resilient village
- a common purpose to inspire community participation and volunteering
- an evidence base to support funding applications.
Who can participate in the Prestwood Community Survey?
Everyone with an interest in Prestwood!
All residents, businesses and stakeholders of Prestwood are invited to contribute their thoughts and ideas.
We are especially keen to encourage participation by as broad a spread of residents as possible, and of all ages.
Is my survey response confidential?
Yes, your survey response is confidential. Only if you opt to join our mailing list (and we encourage you to do so!) will we collect and retain your contact details.
Will we have a chance to discuss the findings?
Yes, meetings have been arranged to present them to, and discuss with the community. Responses will also be published on this web site.
Prestwood Community Association is very grateful for the support of Buckinghamshire Council’s East Chilterns Community Board in carrying out this important survey.
How can I get involved after completing the consultation?
We are very keen to hear from residents interested in participating in or supporting PCA.
- Come along to one of our public meetings. Bring your ideas – and your friends!
- Join our mailing list.
- Volunteer: from joining the Committee, leading one of our activities, to joining a working group, to giving time to a specific project, volunteering can take many different forms, with differing time commitments.
