For one day of Prestwood’s Big Week, Susan Collier opticians is offering to provide, free of charge, a digital image of residents’ irises.
Every eye is different and consists of unique characteristics such as colour, shape, size, and power deviation.
Using the high-precision DNEye® Scanner by Rodenstock, precise mapping of the eye can be produced, assembling thousands of data points. Personal and biometric parameters are measured, such as the length of the eye, pupil size, reaction to different light conditions and much more.
Thus the optician receives the information to produce lenses that are precisely adapted to the needs of your personal vision.
For participants in Prestwood’s Big Week, it is a fun opportunity to receive, via e-mail, an image of their iris. This is theirs to use as they like. Perhaps as a screensaver or background image, or to create a striking and quite unique piece of artwork.
